People thought Caffeine as good for people and considered it has some natural ingredients which will maintain and rejuvenate the stamina of the body. It has some addictive which make people addicted to it. But it cannot be avoided in full because it has some benefits as well as it carry some risk. What is the risk contained in it?

People should control the intake level of the caffeine and a study of its negative and positive qualities will make us understand this. A man or women should not take more than 6 milligrams of Caffeine in a sitting and not more than 300 mg in a day.

  • Useful in migraine treatment

Caffeine was first discovered in 1820 and extracted from coffee. There are more than 80 species of plants contains caffeine. Caffeine is not included in the U.S. FDA’s GRAS list and only listed as a “Safe Food Substance”. Still carbonated beverages continue to use caffeine and excessive intake of carbonated soft drinks is not good for health.
