Energy Drinks and Its Effects on Health

Energy drinks are the most sought out by exhausted people to regain the energy. But what is the real effects of energy drinks on health. Whether they are giving the energy back as claimed by the producers. Most people need an energy drink by 1 or 2pm and its becomes a dangerous routine in their life cycle to take an energy drink.

I am assure that when somebody takes an energy drink they fall asleep later than their regular hours and need to take another one the next day. It becomes a dangerous cycle and eventually it becomes a habit and we can call it a bad habit as it doesn't give much benefits to the body.

Chances are that when you take these energy drinks your heart will race, you can get a headache, it, especially if you make it a daily habit, will give you high blood pressure.

Depending how many of these drinks a day you drink and how often, you can even have symptoms bad enough to give you a stroke, heart palpitations and just suddenly die.

Typical Ingredients or contents in Energy Drinks are following:

  • Caffeine - An excessive daily intake of caffeine with the consumption of more than 600mg of caffeine in a 24 hour period is not recommended and drinking 2 or more will accumulate 600mg easily into your body.
  • Epigallocatechin Gallate (ECGC)
  • Vitamins & Minerals
  • List Continues to Grow with differenct producers using different substances in the drinks

  • Head ache
  • High blood pressure
  • Generates stroke
  • Heart palpitations
  • Fast hear rate
  • Excessive urination
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Tremors
  • Difficultly sleeping

Use your brain and say no thanks when you are offered with an energy drink. Now take and that you will never take an energy drink. God gave me a brain and i  use it.
